Get yourself into gear for powered scooter world record

ScooterMAINUNDER starters orders for the world’s biggest parade of powered mobility scooters!

That’s what the team at Warrington Disability Partnership are planning – and they want anyone who uses a powered scooter to get involved in the Guinness World Record attempt.

The current record of 159 scooters was set four years ago in Victoriaville, Canada.

The rally is scheduled for Saturday June 4, starting at 6pm from outside Debenhams, continuing on a two-mile course around the centre.

Earlier in the day the charity will also be launching the ‘WDP Scooter Safe campaign’ within the Old Market place, to promote the safe use of mobility scooters.

To register for the event contact WDP team on 01925 240064 or 07729 302412.
