TV celeb and Good Morning Britain’s health editor Dr Hilary Jones opened the Mobility Roadshow at Donington Park, Derby, today.
The Mobility Roadshow provides the most comprehensive lifestyle event of its kind in the UK, presenting all kinds of mobility solutions for people with restricted mobility.
The three-day event provides visitors with the chance to test drive adapted and wheelchair accessible vehicles (WAVs) on the historic Donington Circuit, as well as experience the very latest innovations for independence.
There is no other event that can offer such a range of vehicles for test-driving or products and services to see and compare – a unique opportunity unequalled in the mobility exhibition calendar.
The Mobility Roadshow 2015, as always free to visit, will be a ‘must-attend’ event for:
Drivers, passengers and non-drivers that live with disability or restricted mobility
Young and novice drivers with disabilities seeking independence
Middle-aged to mature individuals requiring assistance for ‘comfortable driving’ or ‘easier living’
More mature people requiring help indoors, outside, or when travelling as a vehicle passenger
Families/parents with disabled children or elderly relatives
