A DVD has been launched to celebrate an event that saw hundreds of carers create a human rainbow across the Runcorn bridge. Last autumn, wearing caps and t-shirts in the seven colours of the rainbow, carers from Runcorn and Widnes held hands, linking both sides of the famous landmark.
Organiser Dee Graal, development co-ordinator of Widnes and Runcorn Cancer Support Group, said: “It was a really emotional event. There was a great buzz and so much excitement.”
