100,000 patients and staff now reading All Together NOW!

MORE than 100,000 patients, staff and visitors at hospitals and health centres are now learning about health issues in All Together NOW!

The multi award-winning charity paper is available in more than 50 hospitals and health centres across the North West.

The FREE paper is also available in about 50 supermarkets.

The feedback is tremendously positive.

James Brown, head of communications at Liverpool Community Health (NHS) Trust, said: “We are very impressed with how All Together NOW! is getting our health messages to people across the region. The paper is having a tremendously positive impact on people’s wellbeing, especially those affected by disability and age.”

Bob Bryant, who sits on Halton’s new Clinical Commissioning Group, is also a massive fan. He said: “This newspaper is just brilliant – the best ever tonic to help disabled people and anyone affected by ill health.”

“Everyone should be supporting All Together NOW! It’s bringing together so many people of all ages, abilities and backgrounds – and it’s free!
“I’ve been a big fan since the first issue. Every issue gets better and better. The paper deserves every one of the many awards it has received.”
Joe Paxton, Media & Communications Manager, Wythenshawe Hospital, is also a big fan.

He said: “The combination of good news, useful information and fun articles and competitions is absolutely ideal for patients waiting for their appointments.
“All Together NOW! is a very effective way of communicating our messages. Every copy of every issue is quickly snapped up, which just shows how popular the paper is. I am sure that it will continue to go from strength to strength.”

The charity’s next goal is to work more closely with all the region’s other health bodies to get even more copies of the paper out and about.
